What the starting price covers: A small wood or metal shed up to 8x10, sitting on blocks or a wood floor with no concrete foundation, emptied out and with clear access for our trailer. Tear down, loading, haul away and cleanup are included.
What raises the price:
- Larger sheds (10x12 and up)
- Concrete slab or footings
- Contents still inside the shed
- Heavy materials like shingles, plywood floors or metal framing
- Tight access, fences or long carries to the trailer
- Extra debris volume or a longer haul distance
