What do I need to do before you come?
Drain the tub and shut off and disconnect the power at the breaker. If you are not sure how, ask an electrician before removal day.
What counts as clear access?
A path wide enough to carry the pieces out, with no tight fences, stairs or structures in the way. If you are not sure, send photos and we will tell you.
