Not always. If items are outside or somewhere we can reach, we can agree on the price ahead of time and take care of it while you are out.
Pricing
How much does junk removal cost?
We price by trailer volume with a $150 minimum. Small loads usually run $150 to $300, a half trailer $300 to $450 and a full trailer $450 to $700. Some items and stairs add small fees.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. You pay for the space your items take up, not the time it takes.
How much is hot tub removal?
$450 flat for an above-ground hot tub with clear access. Sunken, built-in or hard-to-reach tubs are quoted upfront from photos.
How much is shed or above-ground pool removal?
Shed removal starts at $450 for a small shed up to 8x10 with no concrete foundation. Above-ground pool removal starts at $595 for a drained pool up to 15 ft round with no deck. Final price confirmed from photos.

Yes, always.
What we take
What items do you take?
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, boxes and clutter, yard debris, renovation leftovers, exercise equipment, paint, hot tubs, sheds, above-ground pools and more.
What will you not take?
Hazardous materials: chemicals, solvents, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste. We do take paint.
Do you tear things down?
Yes, light demo: sheds, decks, fences, playsets, carpet, cabinets and other non-structural items. We haul it all away in the same visit.
Do you rent dumpsters or haul scrap cars?
No. We do the loading and hauling ourselves, so there is no dumpster sitting in your driveway.
Businesses and property managers
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We clear offices, retail spaces, shipping containers and rental units.
Can you help with rental turnovers?
Yes. Property managers and landlords can call us to clear tenant leftovers so a unit is ready for cleaning and the next tenant.
