Upfront Junk Removal Pricing
We price by how much room your items take up in our trailer, not by the hour. Labor, loading, hauling and disposal are included.

Most jobs land in one of these ranges. Photos help us pin down your exact price.

Small load

Half trailer
A room or a partly full garage.
Full trailer
Big cleanouts and whole garages.

Pricing questions
Why price by volume instead of by the hour?
Because you should pay for what we haul, not for how long the stairs take. You know the price before we start.
Is the price final?
We give you an estimate from photos or your description, then confirm the price on site before anything is loaded. If what is there matches what you told us, the price matches too.
What is included?
Labor, loading, hauling and disposal. We also sweep up the area we cleared.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, by text, phone or the estimate form.
